1. You schedule a demo or an onboarding call with us
Simply confirm a time via the calendar below, or email/WhatsApp us.
2. We conduct a 30-minute exploration call with your guests
You steer your guests to our call scheduler, so they can choose a time to have an exploration call with us.
Before the call, they will complete a taste profile assessment online, which takes 5 minutes.
3. We share the first round of wine recommendations with your guests
Within a week, we will email a list of wine recommendations and their prices, to your guests.
4. We finalize the order with your guests
Your guests will review and confirm the order with us via a call or email.
5. We confirm delivery details with you
We will liase with you or your crew member to confirm the address and date of delivery.

Ana Hozjan and Charine Tan have a wealth of wine industry experience: from strategy, to marketing, media and public relations, business operations, education, and writing. Before establishing AlmaBura, Ana was the project leader at Vinart, Croatia’s foremost wine marketing and event company. Charine is a business consultant and has worked with Moët Hennessy Diageo, Treasury Wine Estates, and multiple national and regional wine associations. She also co-authored three wine books, including Cracking Croatian Wine, and she is currently working on her fourth book. With active involvement in wine events and wine judging competitions, they collectively taste over 1,000 wines every year.
